Flexible Leak Test Facility for Generic Parts Using Multi Function Fixturing

This faciltiy incorporates two stations designed for alternate operation using a single operator. A six port manifold provides up to 6 automatic sealing devices per test piece. The system includes interchageable test fixtures and a standard leak test insterument that uses multiple leak test programmes to carry our the different tests. The facility accomdates upto 16bar positive pressure and upto 97% vacuum.
